SALEM — The proposed expansion of a natural gas facility in northwest Oregon will be the focus of the next Energy Facility Siting Council meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2016. The Council will hold an executive session at 8:30 a.m., which is closed to the public. The regular meeting, which is open to the public, is expected to begin at 10:15 a.m.
