Oregon Department of Energy to Host Free Utility-Scale Solar + Battery Storage Workshop October 29
The Oregon Department of Energy is hosting a free utility-scale solar plus battery storage workshop on Tuesday, October 29 in Newport.
Utility operations, maintenance, and engineering staff are encouraged to attend to learn how northwest utilities are enhancing local energy resilience and supporting grid operations through the use of battery storage systems coupled with solar installations. The workshops will include presentations on battery storage projects throughout the region, covering equipment selection, schematic design, project management, operations, and maintenance.
