Energy Facility Siting Council to Hold Special Virtual Meeting November 25
SALEM — Oregon’s Energy Facility Siting Council will hold a special virtual meeting on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. The meeting is a continuation of Council’s regularly scheduled meeting that was held November 19-20, 2020, during which Council was unable to complete its agenda. The special meeting will begin at 12 p.m. on Wednesday.
On the agenda:
Continuation of Petitioner Appeals of Hearing Officer Order on Party Status for Boardman to Hemingway Transmission Line (Action Item) – Continuation of agenda Item G from the November 20, 2020. This agenda item included: 1) a hearing for petitioners to provide oral argument to Council on appeals of determinations in the Hearing Officer’s Order on Party Status and 2) Council’s deliberation and decision on petitioner appeals. The hearing portion of this agenda item concluded on November 20, 2020. Council will resume review and deliberation of appealed issues. Council will announce these decisions at the meeting and will issue a written record of the decisions following the meeting to petitioners and Hearing Officer for the contested case proceeding on the Proposed Order in the matter of the Application for Site Certificate for the Boardman to Hemingway Transmission Line.
