ODOE to Hold Public Meeting on May 11 for Floating Offshore Wind Study
The Oregon Department of Energy will hold a public meeting on May 11 to share preliminary key findings from its study on the benefits and challenges of integrating up to 3 GW of floating offshore wind into Oregon’s electric grid by 2030.
The May 11 meeting will have a hybrid format – you can join in-person in Coos Bay, OR or you can join virtually via WebEx. There will be a public comment period at the end of the meeting to hear additional input pertaining to Oregon’s FOSW Study from in-person and online attendees.
