Oregon Climate Action Commission to Meet Virtually on September 11, 2026

The Oregon Climate Action Commission will hold a virtual meeting from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on September 11, 2026.

On the Commission’s agenda: 

  • Highlights from the Governor’s Oregon Prosperity Council

  • Approval of the Natural & Working Lands Fund Annual Report

  • Progress from the committees' discussion of draft recommendations regarding the Commission’s 2026 Biennial Report to the Legislature

Written comments may be emailed to the Commission. Input received by noon Tuesday, September 8, 2026, will be shared with Commissioners in advance of the meeting. Members of the public also have an opportunity during the meeting to make oral comments. In order to provide oral testimony please sign up in advance
 


Upcoming Committee Meetings

Committees of the Commission will meet to discuss the development of recommendations for the 2026 Report to the Legislature. The Committee meetings are open to the public; however, they are not open to public comment. Members of the public may provide oral or written testimony at regularly scheduled Commission meetings. Committee meetings began in August and the following virtual meetings are currently scheduled for September: 

  • Natural Climate Solutions Committee | September 1, at 10 a.m.

  • Energy Committee | September 2, 2026, at 9 a.m.

  • Report Committee | September 4, 2026, at 3 p.m.
